  • We begin with a consultation and movement assessment to understand your goals, training history, and current ability level.

    From there, I design a fully customized 4-week program built around progressive overload and measurable performance markers.

    Each session builds on the last. You’re not repeating random workouts. You’re following a structured system designed to create forward momentum.

    At the end of each 4-week block, we reassess and adjust based on progress.

  • In-home training requires that clients have basic strength training equipment available such as:

    • Dumbbells

    • Adjustable bench

    • Cable machine

    • Barbell setup (depending on goals)

    Equipment recommendations can be provided during your consultation.

  • In-home training is available within an 8-mile driving radius of 1215 E Yellow Jacket Ln, Rockwall, TX 75087 (Rockwall Library).

    Clients located between 8 and 15 driving miles from this location may still qualify for in-home training; however, an adjusted rate applies to account for additional travel time and scheduling considerations.

    Extended Area Pricing:
    $85 per session

    Minimum Commitment:
    3 sessions per week (16 sessions): $1,360

    All sessions within the extended service area must be paid in full upfront prior to the start of the training block.

    Availability for extended travel areas is limited and subject to approval.
